Siebeke Lange Wilbert has just asserted the rights of the shooting star of German golf playing, Mr. Martin Kaymer, by successfully claiming the domain martinkaymer.com.

Also, Siebeke Lange Wilbert managed to obtain the Polish domain simyo.pl from an Austrian cybersquatter. As a result of Siebeke Lange Wilbert’s intervention the domain was transferred to the well-known German mobile telephone service provider Simyo.

In yet another case of cybersquatting an unidentifiable individual had registered the domain peekundkloppenburg.com. Again, by initiating proceedings, Siebeke Lange Wilbert attained a ruling from WIPO arranging for the prompt assignment of the domain to the client, Peek & Cloppenburg, a well-known German fashion store chain.
