Collaboration on patent law

We advise and represent clients in patent infringement, objection and annulment proceedings in association with the patent lawyers, Beyer Patent- und Rechtsanwälte. Our range of services also encompasses the drafting of know-how, patent licensing and R&D contracts and advice to inventors and employers on rights to employee inventions. Patent applications are drawn up and filed by our cooperation partner, patent lawyer Dipl.-Ing. Rudi Beyer, who has over 30 years’ experience in many different technical fields.
