real,- SB Warehouse v German Football Association: Brand controversy over the heraldic imitation of the Federal Eagle

Because of the many press inquiries, we confirm that we represent real, -SB Warehouse GmbH in the dispute with the German Football Association (DFB). It is true that we have filed cancellation claims against the CTM and the German national trade mark of the DFB showing an eagle.
